Healthcare in Iraq used to free for its people. But years of war have destroyed the infrastructure. India is providing Health care to war victims. Since 2014 , more than 450 Iraqi soldiers treated in Gurgaon. Also India is providing health care to many other countries . Diplomats see this as part of India’s medical diplomacy.
